The Career Day is a regular meeting point each semester, where engineering students meet relevant companies. Here, students gain insight into the professional world, and companies get direct contact with future candidates.

The event gathers students from fields such as automation, civil engineering, computer science, renewable energy, mechatronics, and naval architecture. Through stands, conversations, and technical presentations, genuine encounters are facilitated between students and the industry.

We identified a need for a platform where students and companies could more easily connect. Many students find it challenging to gain relevant experience and enter the professional workforce, while companies face challenges in finding motivated candidates with the right expertise. The Career Day aims to reduce this gap by fostering early and direct interactions between students and the industry.
